Crys is a PMP and holds a masters in business innovation. For over two decades, she has been a catalyst for teams and leaders, small and large organizations, in Canada and abroad, in the public and private sector and community. Currently, she is completing her doctorate on citizen involvement and government transformation while working with municipalities. Crys’ experience includes leading investor relations and strategic planning at a $3B publicly traded firm, intelligence and trade development at Foreign Affairs, over five years at a large financial firm and project work ranging from performance measures to web platforms to event management to fieldwork for the oil & gas and environment sectors. Exemplar also as a citizen entrepreneur, she leads fitness classes, presents in corporations about workplace wellness and invests in community whether being a good neighbour or formally volunteering, usually related to diversity.
