Bakhtawar Pastakia is a visionary professional with 12+ years of expertise spanning project management, business analysis, stakeholder management and process improvement with proven track record in influencing large-scale corporate projects — executing six sigma strategies to slash costs, abolish inefficiencies and drive bottom-line profits. Highly efficient in supporting full project life cycle she engages with cross-functional teams to meet timeline and quality requirements. and is adept at forecasting budgets, mapping processes, scheduling tasks and promoting continuous improvement framework.
She was voted by PMINAC members as the President Elect for the Chapter in May 2017 after 6 years of volunteering in different roles. She manages daily business operations for the chapter and engages directly with internal and external stakeholders, plans and organizes large-scale events and administers chapter-wide programs. She is also instrumental in forecasting and monitoring annual budget and enhancing relationships with corporate sponsors and business executives.
Some of her main contributions to PMINAC include operations turnaround, budget management, revenue generation, social media visibility and cost savings.
Bakhtawar will take the office of President of the Chapter effective July 1.
