The conference boasts an array of dynamic sessions designed to strengthen a project manager’s knowledge in different disciplines and areas of project management. It features over 25 sessions across four concurrent streams: Strategic Project Management, Profiling Project Success, Project Leadership, and New Thinking in Project Management.

Strategic Project Management

In this series of high-level, strategically-focused sessions, professionals will learn how to increase the value of project management within their organizations and enable business success. Sessions will focus on traits of strong project management organizations, change management, effective portfolio/program management and aligning business goals to projects, people and processes.

Profiling Project Success

This stream highlights projects that have successfully delivered business value. Experienced project practitioners will share case studies focusing on lessons learned from the field and provide professionals with an opportunity to explore real project challenges and solutions.

Project Leadership

The ability to successfully manage projects requires an effective means to lead, manage and motivate people. Sessions discuss the leadership skills required to build strong teams, communicate effectively and mentor others through personal and professional development.

New Thinking in Project Management

This stream will focus on new project management trends impacting the industry today and into the coming years. It will arm professionals with new best practices, tools and techniques to be used to add value and manage projects successfully.
