How do I make changes to my original conference registration order?
You can make registration changes (name, contact information, etc.) through the online conference registration system up to June 1. In order to change your registration, you will need to login using the account information you created when you first registered (email and password). If you need to make changes and the online system has closed, please contact us.
My organization is GST exempt. How do I remove GST from my payment?
The registration system must collect GST. Please follow your corporate expense claim policies for the reimbursement of GST.
Who is eligible for Member pricing?
You need to be a member in good standing with the Project Management Institute Northern Alberta Chapter. You will be required to enter your PMI Member Number in the online registration system to be eligible for Member pricing.
What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
PMINAC will issue full refunds on conference registrations (less a $100 administration fee) for all written requests received before May 7, 2018. Unfortunately, refunds will not be considered after that date.
Why do I need to pre-register for the concurrent sessions?
With limited seating available, please pre-register for your concurrent sessions using the online registration system to guarantee your seat.
Can I change my concurrent sessions after I have already registered?
You can change your session on or before May 28, 2018 as long as there is still space in the session you want to switch to.
What do I do if a session I want to attend is sold out?
Unfortunately, once a session is at capacity, it is no longer available for selection in the registration system.
Will speaker presentations be available after the conference?
Select speaker presentations will be made available for download after the conference on the PMINAC Conference website. Details regarding the presentations will be emailed to all attendees after the conference.
